Refund and return policy:

The customer has the right to return new unworn or unused goods within 3 days. The returns are allowed for the online purchases only and not for items bought during our pop-up events. 

Goods must be returned in their original packaging.

Goods are to be unused other than for the purpose of trying on for fit. If there is evidence to suggest that the goods have been used to a degree such as to decrease the value of the product, the customer loses his/her right to exercise a return. 

The 3-days period shall begin to run after reception of the delivery but in any event no earlier than the goods have been received by the customer. 

The customer is entitled to return the goods within three days directly to The Art Parlour Fashion LLC by emailing us mentioning the issue. Once receiving your email, our carrier will contact you to schedule a date for the product pick up. If after three attempts the courier has not been able to collect the items, the customer keeps the product and there will be no refund. 

For cosmetic products (skincare and makeup) all sales are final. With exception of damaged items, all sales are made final once goods are received.

In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within 5 business days after receiving the cancellation request.

In case of cancellation after shipment, the items has to be returned within 3 days after its delivery, we will then refund the cost of your purchase (excluding the return delivery charges). 

The Curated Store will only cover return shipping costs incurred in returning the product(s) if the return is a result of our error. 



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within one month after returning the goods.


Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.
